Mindfulness is the antidote for the unfocused & anxious mind.
In this 5 week course, you will discover a simple yet profound technique for practicing mindfulness meditation. You will learn how to consciously release tension from the body and mind, how to gently rest awareness on the breath, and how to incorporate mindfulness into daily life.
The benefits of meditation range from improved concentration to better sleep to less reactivity and more ease in life. At the deepest level, though, mindfulness meditation allows one to cultivate the innate gifts of the heart – natural intelligence, natural warmth and natural openness.

“Meditation 101 came at just the right time, in just the right way. Martha’s guidance- to sit, to breathe, and to be … were such a relief. I knew that no matter how I showed up, where my head was, how I felt, were all okay- and that made building a meditation practice . . . healing. Martha is a wonderful and gentle teacher, and this is a great meditation class.” – Caitlin B., Philadelphia, Researcher, 34″
