Hey, hey! I’m Kristin Young, and I live in Baltimore, MD . I love working with wives who are looking to get Fit & Sexy! I’ve been a SYNC Member since Oct 2018 and I’m ready to start training you to the beat in my STRONG NATION® classes! My Story

Kristin M. Young is a wife, mother, student, teacher, actor, MC, speaker, relationship coach and marriage ENTHUSIAST! As an entertainer, Kristin enjoys making people smile, laugh and destress. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Morgan State University, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and is a Certified Relationship Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

When she’s not acting, dancing, moonlighting on Saturday nights as a radio host on the Audio Infusion on WEAA or spending time with her own family, you can find Kristin managing events and supporting wives. She is the founder of Living The Vows, an organization designed to support newlyweds with bringing joy to marriages. Their focus is to teach newlywed wives how to have more peace and less stress in life and marriage. Successful marriage maintenance is the common denominator in many joyful and lasting marriages. Their mission is to restore the beauty, respect and value that marriage deserves by serving married couples who are committed to “Living the Vows…and LOVING it!”

To keep all of this going, Kristin realized she needed to get serious about her fitness routine to keep the energy and strength to juggle her schedule and lifestyle. Kristin began working out regularly in 2016 and encouraged so many other wives in her process that she began teaching fitness classes. She later got licensed to teach Strong Nation in 2018 and hasn’t let go!

Kristin and her husband, James, have been married for over 12 years and are committed to guiding other couples into the greatness that marriage was meant to be. They currently reside in Baltimore, Maryland and are the proud parents of 5 beautiful children and 6 grandchildren.
