Baltimore Yoga Village provides spaces for a variety of therapeutic courses like yoga for arthritis, mindfulness based stress reduction, yoga for depression and anxiety, and chair yoga, which can be found on the specialty courses page, as well as occasional workshops in topics like yoga for insomnia and other similar workshops, found here.  Also, teachers have regular drop in classes for those who like to move at a slower pace.  Try Gentle breath and Body, Slow Movements, or any of the beginner drop in classes.
