Baltimore Yoga Village offers a variety of therapeutic courses like yoga for arthritis, mindfulness based stress reduction, yoga for depression and anxiety, and chair yoga, which can be found on our specialty courses page, as well as occasional workshops in topics like yoga for insomnia and other similar workshops, found here.  Also, we have regular drop in classes for those who like to move at a slower pace.  Try Gentle breath and Body, Slow Movements, or any of our beginner drop in classes.
