I have experienced five current teachers from BYV so far and not once had an experience that was below a rating of “excellent”. I don’t mean just competent, passable, skilled, technically proficient, and able to communicate yoga philosophy and inspiration. I don’t just mean able to assess and adapt to the needs of new and disabled students. I mean excellent, outsanding, inspiring, imparting life-changing skills and experiences.Bill D.

The perfect yoga studio in Baltimore, Baltimore Yoga Village has five magical ingredients: 1) wonderfully comfortable, rustic airy space in an historic mill, 2) pure hatha yoga classes and a great selection of other styles and offerings, 3) beautiful Anjali Sunita, my teacher and studio founder, 4) ever-changing exhibits of original art-shows, 5) free parkingLeigh
It’s hard to imagine the orchestration that must go into scheduling and delivering the variety of events from meditation to yoga, Kirtan chanting, teacher training, dance medicine, special guest workshops, community potlucks, and more – that Baltimore Yoga Village offers at two locations, but somehow the staff pulls it off seamlessly.Tami B.
As I have told Anjali, Deborah and some of the other teachers I have encountered since re-starting my yoga practice after a 30 year hiatus, I am so happy and grateful…K.K.
Every time I go to class, I leave with something that helps me look at life differently. I have gotten stronger and more flexible post surgeries too.Aileen G.
I wanted to give you a tangible example of what yoga has brought to my life. Over the last few years, I had often turned to alcohol as a means of coping. Last night… I briefly considered stopping on the way home to buy some wine, as I had often done in the past. I decided instead to come home, take a long soothing warm shower, then roll out my mat and practice some yoga… a much better choice-thank you.Karennurse practitioner
