Traditional Hatha Yoga: A system developed by Swami Vishnu Devananda and inspired by Swami Sivananda that encapsulates the basic postures and teachings from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, into a simple and disciplined system of proper breathing, relaxation, and meditative exercise.
Anusara Yoga: A system of yoga created by John Friend, the Anusara Yoga system combines a unique system of alignment principles with a life affirming philosophy. Anusara Yoga focuses on the core goodness of the individual.
Yoga for Beginnners: New beginners classes emphasize universal principles of yoga that are found in all styles and levels. Classes are conducted in a slow paced and individualized way.
Kundalini Yoga: A system of yoga created by Yogi Bhajan introduces kriya sets that open the energy channels and prepare the body for meditation.
Yoga for Seniors: Classes for those 65 years and older who want a slower pace and therapeutic focus. Yoga for Arthritis and Limited Mobility: Classes designed for those with pain in the joints.
Therapeutic yoga: Gentle classes for those new to yoga or returning with special health considerations. These classes use the supports of blocks and blankets to ease the body into movement with stability and comfort.
Family Yoga: Classes for adults and children of any age that introduce the practice of yoga through exercises and fun games.

Vinyasa Flow: A system of yoga which emphasizes the flow and transition from posture to posture. Dancerly and challenging, these classes are creative and make you sweat.
Dynamic Flow: Classes that combine the strength building of Ashtanga Yoga with other systems of more flowing yoga to create a dynamic and challenging practice.
Prenatal Yoga: Classes for pregnant women to stretch, relax, and prepare for childbirth in the company of other women.
Acro Yoga: offered in workshops, this dynamic practice combines acrobatic, yoga, and thai massage in a fun and safe atmosphere.
Meditation: The practice of quieting the chattering mind and focusing inward on the true Self.
Qigong: Sometimes referred to as "Chinese Yoga, this low impact breathing and slow healing movement class opens the energy channels and relaxes the body and mind.
Women's Healing Dance: These dance jams are gently guided intuitive movement sessions where the space is held for women to break free and let loose any stress or worries.
Kirtan: A practice of Bhakti Yoga or the yoga of devotion, communities come together to sing devotional mantras for healing and unity.
