Click Here for this week's class schedule.

This yoga studio only a few steps over the Baltimore Countly line, on the border of Mt. Washington and Roland Park, is accessible by Falls Road as well as the light rail. Across the street from the Falls Road light rail stop and Robert E. Lee park, click here for directions to the studio and read about our regular pricing here.

This bright, sunny studio boasts 3-5 classes per day in yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, or dance medicine. Special workshops and courses are mostly offered on weekends as well as yoga teacher training. Every single public class is offered with care for the individual needs of the students. It is recommended to talk with the teachers if you have special needs or reasons for taking yoga. Each teacher teaches from the heart for the benefit of the class and wants to know you!

Usually we do not require pre-registration for classes, unless noted. However, you may use our online system to save time signing into classes early, either by purchasing an individual class or a bundle of classes online. Buying bundles of 5, 10, or 25 classes or a montly membership can make coming to classes frequently much more affordable and makes the process of signing into classes faster. Buy a bundle here...

Recommendations:

  • Come to class at least 10 -15 minutes early to sign in and to relax before beginning class
  • Wear comfortable clothing and, if possible, help us to reduce waste by brining your own water bottle or cup.
  •  Filtered water, mats, and parking are all offered at no charge. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat as sharing mats means sharing germs.
  • Come on an empty or mostly empty stomach. It is not recommended to eat before class.
  • Come with an open mind and heart. Every class is different and takes time and practice to learn. With a little practice, even challenging yoga postures become a meditative and relaxing experience.
  • Talk to the teacher about any concerns or questions.
  • Listen first and foremost to your body. Only you know what is right for you. Remember that yoga is not solely a physical exercise and it is not necessary to push yourself in a competitive fashion. Relax, be patient, and do what you can and what feels right each day, each moment.
