Beginner and experienced-beginner
Drop in Beginner or experienced beginner classes provide detailed instruction in breathing and physical alignment for those who wish for a slower paced introduction to yoga. Some basic chant or philosophy will usually be included. At Baltimore Yoga Village, even the most experienced teachers view themselves as beginners in a constant state of refining practice.
