About Us

Baltimore Yoga Village builds on the strength of the individual to create a supportive community which promotes peace, health, integrity, and spiritual growth. We offer weekly classes in yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation and workshops in Sanskrit language, traditional chanting, yogic philosophy, diet, and postural alignment. We emphasize yoga as a way of life for people in all life conditions through therapeutic workshops and classes as well as service projects in the community. In the studio, you will find classes for pregnant women, children, adults, and seniors as we work to make yoga accessible to all.
