Rachel Steffan is an artist, and art educator, currently living and creating in Harford County, MD. She finds beauty in the meeting of the physical and spiritual and incorporates these elements into her work. This beauty is portrayed in conjunction with Mehndi; which is the practice of painting elaborate patterns on the skin with henna. These rituals traditionally mark a sacred rite-of-passage in a woman's life,

and can also represent a healing process.

Prices range from $200-700. This work can be viewed by appointment or before/after yoga classes.
